Product description
The MultiFlow Expert consists of a low loss header (DN 150 up to DN 700) and several compact manifolds (80/60 up to 700/500).
Low loss header:
Vertical round chamber made of welded tube P235.
Nozzle for heat consumers and heat generators made of seamless steel tube with welding neck flanges PN 16.
- 2" threaded connector for desludging
- 1/2" coupling sleeve for temperature sensor and ventilation
- Pedestal with boreholes for attachment to the floor
- The low loss header is pressure-tested and primed at the factory.
- Operating pressure max. 16 bar, operating temperature max. 110°C.
Compact manifold:
Combined flow and return manifold, consisting of rectangular tube with chambers arranged adjacent to each other, separated by sinusoidal partition wall, made of black sheet steel S235, wall thickness 6 mm. Nozzle as threaded and /or flanged connector PN 6 / PN 16. All nozzles are aligned to the height of the shut-off valves and optionally available from the top, the side or the bottom.
- Standard 3/4" drain connection couplings for flow and return line chamber.
- The compact manifold is pressure-tested and primed at the factory.
- Operating pressure max. 6 bar, operating temperature max. 110°C.
Connecting bend:
90° pipe bend parts, which serve to connect the low loss header with the compact manifolds.
Connection DN 65 up to DN 200.

Thermal insulation
In compliance with EnEV 2014 consisting of two half shells with end pieces and cutouts for all nozzles.
- PUR foam in galvanized sheet steel casing
- Mineral wool in galvanized sheet steel casing
Flanged adapter
90° pipe bend parts, which serve to connect the low loss header with the compact manifolds.
Connection DN 65 up to DN 200.
Identification plate

Made of galvanized sheet steel with transparent cover for three-line label for screw fixing to the thermal insulation. Size: 100 x 50 mm, colours: Red for flow line / blue for return line
