Product description

Combined flow and return manifold with chambers arranged adjacent to each other, separated by sinusoidal partition wall, with horizontally welded-on hydraulic separator located directly below.
Consisting of square profiles S235. The HydroFixx is pressure-tested and zinc-plated at the factory.
Operating pressure max. 4 bar, operating temperature max. 110 °C.

  • Connection to / from heat generator by means of 1 1/2" threaded connector downwards, two coupling sleeves 1/2" for sensor and emptying.
  • Heating circuit connections by means of flat-sealing rim with 1 1/2" cap nut for mixer/ pump groups with a nozzle clearance of 125 mm.

Soundproof and zinc-plated, consisting of wall panel for screw fastening and bracket (2 wall brackets are required for each HydroFixx).

 

Maintenance box - Magnetite separation module

Enables desludging with pressurized system. Consisting of section tube 80x60, material S235, connection: 2x G 1 ½“. Equipped with desludging nozzle and ball valve ½“ and magnetic rod screwed into the thermwell. For attachment to the boiler return line beneath the manifold.

Set components: EPP insulation in compliance with EnEV, ball valve, magnetite filter cartridge

Adapter piece (flat sealing)

For reduction of 1 1/2" cap nuts to 1 1/4".


Identification plate

Made of galvanized sheet steel with transparent cover for three-line label for screw fixing to the thermal insulation. Size: 100 x 50 mm, colours: red for flow line / blue for return line
