Sinusverteiler heating manifolds

Find here heating manifolds in different designs. They are used in central heating plants and cooling systems. The product range covers small heating manifolds with an output of 30 kW, large manifolds with outputs of more than 9,000 kW as well as individual heating manifolds with specific connecting piece tees, dimensions, materials and coatings. TÜV certificates are available for each component.

Small manifolds

  • Different nozzle clearances
  • From 30 kW to 150 kW
  • Pressure-tested and primed at the factory
  • Operating pressure: max. 4 bar
  • Operating temperature: max. 110°C
  • As a set with insulation and wall bracket
  • As an in-line manifold with integrated pump group
  • The performance data specified in [ kW ] refer to a temperature spread of 20 K

Compact manifold

  • Combined flow and return manifold as cooling water or heating manifold
  • Rectangular tube with adjacent separated chambers made of black sheet steel S235
  • Without thermal separation
  • Optionally with uniform or variable nozzle clearances
  • Nozzles as threaded and/or flanged connector PN 6 / PN 16, without and with 90°bends
  • Nozzles aligned to height of shut-off valves and optionally available from the top, the side or the bottom
  • Drain connection couplings generally provided
  • Pressure-tested and primed at the factory, suitable for low-temperature insulation in compliance with DIN
  • Operating temperature max. 110 °C
  • Operating pressure optionally for max. 6 bar or max. 16 bar

Thermally separated compact manifolds

  • Combined flow and return manifold for heating and cooling
  • Rectangular tube with adjacent separated chambers made of black sheet steel S235
  • With thermal separation
  • Optionally with uniform or variable nozzle clearances
  • Nozzles as threaded and/or flanged connectors PN 6 / PN 16, without and with 90° bends
  • Nozzles aligned to height of shut-off valves and optionally available from the top, the side or the bottom
  • Drain connection couplings generally provided
  • Pressure-tested and primed at the factory, suitable for low-temperature insulation in compliance with DIN
  • Operating temperature max. 110 °C

One-chamber manifolds

  • One-chamber manifold / collector welded from black sheet steel S235 or steel tube P23 in compliance with EN 10217
  • Nozzles as threaded or flanged connectors PN 6 – PN 40 aligned to the height of the shut-off valves
  • Nozzles optionally available from the top, the side or the bottom
  • Required nozzle clearances for fitting insulation caps:
    DN 50 = 280 mm, DN 65 = 320 mm,
    DN 80 = 350 mm, DN 100 = 380 mm,
    DN 125 = 400 mm
  • The one-chamber manifold is pressure-tested and primed at the factory
  • Drain connection coupling generally provided
  • Operating pressure and operating temperature as required

Sanitary manifolds

  • Stainless steel manifold in compliance with EN 10217-7/DIN EN ISO 1127
  • TIG-welded
  • Basin pickled and passivated
  • Material 1.4571
  • As LegioNixx drinking water manifold without dead zones to avoid the development of legionellae at the ends with concentric reductions and/or 90° bends directed upwards
  • As service water manifold equipped with bumped ends
  • Nozzles as connecting pieces (smooth ends for pressing), socket branches/threaded connectors or flanged connectors PN 10/16 aligned to the height of the shut-off valves. Nozzles optionally available from the top, the side or the bottom
  • Drain connection coupling 1/2“ provided as standard equipment
  • Pressure-tested at the factory

The first heating manifolds enormously simplified plant engineering. Whether new buildings or renovations, our heating manifolds brought progress from the beginning in terms of efficiency and space required.
