Compact manifold with uniform nozzles

Combined flow and return manifold, consisting of rectangular tube with chambers arranged adjacent to each other, separated by sinusoidal partition wall and made of black sheet steel S235. The compact manifold is pressure-tested and primed at the factory. Operating pressure max. 6 bar, operating temperature max. 110°C.

  • Nozzles as threaded and/or flanged connectors PN6 / PN 16.
  • All nozzles are aligned to the height of the shut-off valves and optionally available from the top, the side or the bottom.
  • Drain connection couplings 1/2" for flow and return line chamber are a standard feature.

Combined flow and return manifold with 90° bends, consisting of rectangular tube, as standard version with or without thermal separation, with chambers arranged adjacent to each other, separated by sinusoidal partition wall and made of black sheet steel S235. The compact manifold is pressure-tested and primed at the factory. Operating pressure optionally for max. 6 bar or max. 16 bar, operating temperature max. 110°C.

  • With adjacent upward-running threaded and/or flanged connectors PN 6/ PN 16 at the front and the rear.
  • Nozzles aligned to height of shut-off valves.
  • Drain connection couplings 1/2" or 3/4" for flow and return line chamber are a standard feature.

Double-chamber manifolds with 90° bends

Combined flow and return manifold with 90° bends, consisting of two rectangular tubes welded to each other with opposite flow and return line chambers (flow line on one side, return line on the other one) made of black sheet steel S235, standard version without thermal separation. The Sinusverteiler manifolds are pressure-tested and primed at the factory. Operating pressure optionally for max. 6 bar, operating temperature max. 110°C.

  • The threaded and/or flanged connectors PN 6 / PN 16 are aligned to the height of the shut-off valves and are directed upwards by means of 90° bends.
  • Drain connection couplings 1/2" or 3/4" for flow and return line chamber are a standard feature.
