Product description

Combined flow and return manifold, consisting of rectangular tube 120 x 80 mm with chambers arranged adjacent to each other, separated by sinusoidal partition wall and made of black sheet steel S235. The Sinusverteiler manifold is pressure-tested and primed at the factory. Operating pressure max. 4 bar, operating temperature max. 110°C.

Nach EnEV v. 2014 bestehend aus Halbschalen mit Endstückenund Ausschnitten für alle Stutzen.

dreizeilige Beschriftung zum Anschrauben auf die Wärmedämmung.

Soundproof and zinc-plated, consisting of wall panel for screw fastening, bracket and head plate (120 x 120 mm), outreach up to manifold centre 200 mm

Stand bracket


Soundproof and zinc-plated, consisting of bottom plate (150 x 150 mm) with stand pipe
and head plate (120 x 120 mm) with guide pipe incl. connecting screws, adjustable in height from 405 - 600 mm.
(2 brackets are required for each manifold)


Maintenance box - Magnetite separation module

Anschluss am Kesselrücklauf unter dem Verteiler

Enables desludging with pressurized system. Consisting of section tube 120x80, material S235, connection: 1x top Rp 2“, 1x bottom R 2“. Equipped with desludging nozzle and ball valve ½“, and magnetic rod screwed into the thermwell. For attachment to the boiler return line beneath the manifold.

Set components: EPP insulation, ball valve, magnetite filter cartridge, 2" screw fitting

Flange coupling piece


For implementation of the connections as flanged connectors, consisting of flange PN 6 (DN 2631) and
threaded screw-in socket 1 1/2", flanged connector height for spindle height of compact valves F4 in compliance with DIN 3202.


Reducing nipple


For implementation of the connections as threaded connectors, consisting of malleable cast iron and external thread on both sides.


Threaded flange


For implementation of the boiler flow and return line connection as flanged connector.


Identification plate


Made of galvanized sheet steel with transparent cover for three-line label for screw fixing to the thermal insulation. Size: 100 x 50 mm, colours: red for flow line / blue for return line
